Each year we hold a Supporters’ Meeting to give thanks for all the wonderful support we get from great families and individuals across the North West of England and North Wales.
The Covid19 Pandemic has changed all that. So this year we are going to do a live broadcast to say thanks and to bring you the latest updates about what we are doing and how we plan to go forward into 2021 and beyond.
We plan to bring contributions from our new Trustees, our Patrons, some special people helping us with raising funds and of course, our support worker, the team at Derian House and people we are supporting with your help as supporters.
We will broadcast on Facebook and YouTube simultaneously at 2 pm on 18 October. Like our Facebook page and subscribe to our YouTube Channel
One great thing about a live broadcast on social media is that people get to take part by interacting with comments. We want to encourage this so that we get good feedback and have some fun in doing so.
Normally we would provide the tea, coffee and sticky buns. This year you will have to bring your own! It will be fun to find out who bakes the most scrumptious cakes.
