We are looking for those special people who will help us raise the funds needed to keep our programme of supporting the Hospice movement on track.
With our new Derian House project underway, we are committed to a bright future of helping young adults in ways that the hospice movement so far has been unable to do.
We know we are going to learn a lot from this first project and there is a vision to create more projects in similar ways with children’s and adult hospices so that we address the gap in support that currently exists for those young adults, too old for children’s services and too young for traditional adult hospice support.
Yet we cannot achieve our goals without your support. Will you help?
