Our passion is people and our joy is in life now.

We appreciate that even with the best NHS and local services there can be challenges to making the care and health system work smoothly. We know from research and what people and professionals tell us, that young adults with life-limiting conditions and their families can face difficulties obtaining the support and care that is needed.

We know that young adults in their 20s and 30s want to remain at home and live normal lives despite any poor condition of health. We know too that families face significant challenges to make things work with our care and health systems as children become young adults.

So, with your help we are funding and supporting a new type of role, a LifeNoW support worker attached to a hospice and part of the hospice team reaching out to work in the community.
